Rev. Grant Montoya
Rev. Grant is living and working as an English Immersion teacher in in Harbin, a city in Northeast China. He is active in the Harbin International Christian Fellowship and leads their Bible Study team. Most of the membership comes from Sub-Saharan Africa and India, though there are representatives from all over the world. The church is used to meeting online because Chinese governmental restrictions prevented them from having a regular meeting hall in 2019, and they got their space back just in time for COVID to strike China and close down large group meetings.
During his free time, Grant travels around East Asia, which led to him getting "stuck" in Cambodia as a COVID refugee for most of 2020. He is glad to be home in Harbin, now, but is already planning what explorations he can safely make inside China, until the vaccine is available for widespread distribution.
Grant misses his Calvary family, and prays for our safety and good health, and he looks forward to being able to see everyone again someday soon.

We run a music program for kids 12-17 every afternoon at that location. Instruments like : Piano, guitar, bass, and drums.
We have a reading of positive and self improvement books; to prepare future leaders in our community.

We also provide a evening class for adult computer literacy.
